WFMW: Easy Crockpot meal

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup diced green peppers(i use frozen allready diced to amke it even easier!)
1-2 cups frozen corn
1-2 cups frozen or fresh carrots
4-6 frozen chicken breasts
1 crockpot

put it all in, cover it, cook on low a long time, or high 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally.
put it over mashed potatoes, noodles, rice, bread, whatever your fancy!
easy-peasy, DELICIOSO (as Dora the Explora is saying in the next room over haha) and fairly healthy, other than the canned soup!!
